Mulleady Civil Engineers

This development in Baldoyle was a green field site and is one of the largest currently under construction in Dublin; the site itself encompasses some 300 acres.

Mulleady Civil Engineering Limited have been involved in the development since its commencement on site and as such have secured a number of individual contracts which include the installation of basement and substructure car parks which will provide parking to the 2,100 homes currently under construction. Each of the basement car parks have brought about varying challenges which have subsequently been dealt with by ourselves and include the following:

Varying water tables.
Varying sub strata conditions including rock.
Close proximity of adjacent railway line which required the installation of vibration pads.
Close proximity of adjacent new build properties.
Interconnections with building superstructures and pre-cast substructure elements.
Changes and adaptations to works in progress to suit the clients needs.

All of which have been fully incorporated within our day to day activities onsite to the satisfaction of the client.
