Within the construction of this modern hotel complex Mulleady Civil Engineering Limited were instructed to carry out all the building’s substructure and external works which included, all tarmacadam roadways / car parking areas, ‘Grasscrete’ car parking areas, and mains drainage which included the installation of storm water holding estuation systems which had been specifically designed for the project.

In addition to the original contract we were also requested to carry out the in-situ concrete works to the hotel’s superstructure, which incorporated the forming of the lift cores and the intermediate floors throughout the building.
